Adv. Prabhat B. Shetty is a founder at Legal Arrow Advocates & Consultants and a seasoned legal professional with a strong foundation in corporate, financial, and technology law. With extensive experience across commercial contracts, litigation, regulatory compliance, and tax advisory, he brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to client representation and legal consulting.
Prabhat holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from O.P. Jindal Global University and an LL.B. from Siddharth College of Law. Over the years, he has represented clients before the Bombay High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, and various civil and consumer courts, building a robust practice in corporate litigation and dispute resolution.
At Legal Arrow LLP, Prabhat leads key initiatives in contract management, IT law, and corporate advisory. His expertise spans drafting and reviewing complex commercial and technology contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and data privacy agreements, ensuring that clients’ interests are safeguarded within a compliant and commercially sound framework.
